Each course opens with yaki-shabu — thin slices of Ezo Tajima beef seared for a moment — and works its way to the main pot of sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. What separates the courses is what comes in between: grilled snow crab in the shell, crab legs, abalone.
You choose sukiyaki or shabu-shabu when you order, and guests at the same table may choose differently. A course takes about two hours.
Eight courses run from 9,700 to 22,900 yen per person. The two below sit at either end of the range; the rest fall between them.
A dedicated course at 16,300 yen per person, from two guests, opening with a glass of sparkling wine and closing with a celebration dessert. Please book two days ahead. We can also prepare flowers if you tell us the day before.
A banquet course at 17,600 yen per person, from four guests, with 120 minutes of free-flow drinks. Please book two days ahead. We can seat up to thirty.
If you would rather not take a course, the pot can be ordered by itself. Each comes with 120g of beef and vegetables. Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are the same price.

For parties of 10 or more, please book by 23:00 the day before.
